LEANNE JOHNSON
PUBLIC SPEAKING & BODY LANGUAGE COACHING
Coaching services | Updated 9 October 2026 |
These terms apply to coaching and related services offered by Leanne Johnson, a sole trader trading as Leanne Johnson Public Speaking & Body Language Coaching. Contact: [email protected]. Correspondence address: Cumberland House, 24–28 Baxter Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6HZ.
The service purchased is described on the relevant sales page or checkout. Current offers include:
Presentation Audit — £147. A review and feedback service; deliverables, turnaround and submission instructions are as described at purchase.
Power Hour — £197. One 60-minute online coaching session.
Confidence Coaching Block — £497. Three 60-minute personalised coaching sessions, normally online.
Speak With Authority — £1,797. Eight-week 1:1 programme with eight 60-minute sessions, personalised action plans, agreed resources and between-session WhatsApp support.
Prices shown at checkout govern each order; any future changes will not alter an existing purchase. Please check the checkout description for included services and any delivery timeframe.
You can book some services using an online calendar and pay at booking, or buy through a payment link and arrange a session afterwards. A confirmation email will be sent after a successful purchase. For coaching bought without a calendar booking, we will contact you to arrange suitable dates. Please WhatsApp or email any relevant goals and presentation materials in advance.
Please attend on time, engage respectfully, complete agreed actions and provide suitable technology and internet access for online sessions. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, legal, financial or medical advice.
The applicable price is the price clearly displayed and accepted at checkout or in the individual booking agreement. Fees are payable upfront unless a written instalment plan is agreed. Instalments remain due under the agreed plan, subject to statutory cancellation and other consumer rights. If a payment fails, we may pause undelivered sessions after contacting you and providing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to move a booked session. We will seek a mutually convenient alternative. Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or a session is missed without notice, the session may be treated as used, where fair and lawful in the circumstances. This policy does not limit statutory rights or apply where we have failed to deliver the service with reasonable care and skill. If Leanne must reschedule, an alternative will be offered without a rescheduling charge.
Power Hour sessions should normally take place within 30 days of purchase; Confidence Coaching Block sessions within 12 weeks of purchase; Speak With Authority sessions within 12 weeks of the agreed programme start date. Extensions may be agreed in writing, particularly where illness, accessibility needs or other reasonable circumstances warrant flexibility. Any decision about unused sessions will be fair, reasonable and consistent with applicable law.
Where you purchase as a consumer online or at a distance, you will normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Email [email protected] with a clear statement of your decision; you may use the model cancellation form below but do not have to. We will refund payments due under applicable law, normally within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
If you expressly request coaching to begin during that 14-day period, and then cancel before the service is completed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided, provided the legal requirements have been met. If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period following the required express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may be lost.
After any applicable statutory cancellation period, refunds and early withdrawals will be assessed under the agreed programme terms, the services already delivered, and applicable consumer law. We do not guarantee particular speaking, personal or business outcomes. Nothing here excludes your rights if services are not supplied with reasonable care and skill or otherwise breach applicable law.
Clients may use WhatsApp to share session goals or advance materials. Ongoing between-session coaching support is included only in Speak With Authority, during normal business hours (generally Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and periods of absence). Responses are generally aimed for within 1–2 business days; this is not an emergency or unlimited coaching service.
Information shared in coaching will be treated confidentially, subject to legal obligations, safeguarding or serious risk of harm, and consented disclosures. Personal information is handled in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy. Please do not send sensitive personal information through WhatsApp unless necessary and appropriate.
Coaching frameworks, worksheets, presentations, methods and supplied materials remain the intellectual property of Leanne Johnson or relevant licensors. Materials are for the client’s own use and must not be reproduced, resold, taught or distributed without written permission. Neither party should record a session without the other party’s prior agreement.
Coaching outcomes vary; no particular financial, professional, performance or confidence outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded. Any other limitation applies only to the extent it is fair and lawful.
Please raise concerns first by emailing [email protected], explaining the issue and preferred resolution. We will review and respond within a reasonable period. We may use booking records, correspondence and evidence of delivered services to address payment disputes. You retain your legal rights to contact your payment provider or bring a claim. English and Welsh law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable to them.
Where a client wants coaching to begin within the statutory cancellation period, the checkout or booking process should obtain an express, unticked request to begin early and provide the required information about proportionate charges. Where full performance is intended within that period, the necessary acknowledgement of potential loss of cancellation rights should also be collected. These consents must not be assumed from merely accepting general terms.
Please read the separate Privacy Policy for how personal information is used. We may update these website terms for future purchases; the version supplied at the time of purchase applies to that contract unless a change is agreed or required by law.
